It is important to define what "supported" means upfront. Since in the modern age, possible combinations of browsers and devices are infinite, supported device or browser refers to out of box installation without any additional software or extensions.
In environments which are not listed as supported, most vooPlayer features might work just fine. We are however testing on and troubleshooting the specified environments.

Supported mobile devices

vooPlayer looks and performs great across the following mobile devices.

  • Phones and tablets running on iOS 10+
  • Phones and tablets running on Android 4.3+

Support within mobile apps

When someone shares a link with you, for example within a messenger app, that link is usually not opened within the device browser but within the app through what is known as an "in-app browser". In such an environment the app developer has full control over which features are and which are not supported and we can do very little about it.
